An easy-to-prepare recipe for Crawfish Etouffee comes from Southern Living. It's not an authentic Cajun recipe, but the recipe is good for those times when you're short on time and need to prepare a meal in a rush for French garlic bread. Can be frozen for up to a month. Thaw in the refrigerator.


  1. Cook the rice according to the package insert.
  2. Melt the butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, paprika, celery and garlic.
  4. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Combine the soup and chicken broth; add to the vegetable mix.
  6. Add the Cajun seasoning and red pepper.
  7. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
  8. Add the lobster tails, spring onions and parsley.
  9. Cook for about 3 minutes and serve over the cooked rice.
