Let it be - ReCartney celebrate legendary Beatles record

Dinklage. “Let it be” - under this motto, the Dinklage Oberschule will be the big stage for “ReCartney” on Friday (February 14th). At 8 p.m., the Bürger- und Kulturring Stadt Dinklage eV invites all Beatles fans and those who want to become one to join the best Beatles tribute band in Europe, the ReCartneys and the actor Achim Amme, to “50 years Let it be “Celebrate with reading and live music.

In 2020 Beatles fans all over the world will celebrate the 50th anniversary since the release of the legendary Beatles record "LET IT BE", the Beatles' last studio album, which was released at the same time as the film of the same name. The album's title track was also the film score and received an Oscar for best film score in 1971.

Achim Amme, author, actor and musician from Hamburg reads texts from the life of John Lennon. The reading is based on Philip Norman's biography of one of the greatest legends in pop music: John Lennon.

John Lennon was the charismatic head of the Beatles. His musical inspiration and the background lyrics established the myth of the Fab Four. While Paul McCartney, with his charming smile, also opened up the music of the Beatles to the parents' generation, John rather loved provocation.

The approximately one-hour reading is repeatedly interrupted by Beatles songs played by the ReCartneys before the ReCartneys round off the evening with a concert.

ReCartney is one of the most sought-after Beatles tribute bands in Europe and they were the only German Beatles tribute band to be invited to Liverpool, the city where the Fab Four were born. Many dinner camps still have fond memories of the ReCartneys from the summer music 2017.

The admission price is 19.50 euros in advance sales (21.50 euros - box office); Schoolchildren pay 15.50 euros. It starts at 8 p.m.

Tickets are available in advance in the Diekmann bookstore, the Heimann / Triphaus bookstore and directly from the Kulturring by e-mail to [email protected]
