Correct dosage

When you have selected a homeopathic remedy for hay fever, use low potencies for self-treatment. You can take hay fever globules in potencies D6 or C6 every hour if necessary. A dose consists of three globules that you dissolve under the tongue. Do not exceed the maximum daily amount of ten ingestions.

You can also administer the hay fever globules in the D12 potency several times a day. You can take three globules five to six times a day and thus treat the hay fever homeopathically. Higher potencies like C30, C200 or C1000 are suitable for causal treatments. Hay fever as part of a basic allergic predisposition should be treated by a trained homeopath.

When to the doctor

As long as you are not severely restricted in your performance by the hay fever, you can treat the hay fever homeopathically. You can then try to answer the question: "Which globules help with hay fever?" For your specific case and try out a self-treatment. However, if the symptoms are stressful and impair the quality of life, you should see a doctor.

The same applies if there are accompanying complaints such as asthma, eczema, food allergies or gastrointestinal problems. In this case, it is definitely necessary to have a medical examination carried out. A therapy with hay fever globules can either be used as the only treatment or as an adjunct therapy to conventional medical treatment.

The extent to which homeopathy can treat hay fever on its own depends very much on the individual characteristics and the severity of the accompanying symptoms.

Note: The concept of homeopathy and its specific effectiveness are controversial in science and not clearly proven by studies.
