Case supervisor for operational integration management (BEM) (m / f / d)

As a BEM case supervisor (m / f / d) you are responsible for the reintegration process of employees with long-term illnesses. You will work with the sick employee to work out measures for reintegration and support and supervise them during the process. In addition, you will coordinate with various offices, consult with the area managers and take care of the documentation of the cases you are in charge of.

Your challenge:

· Independent care and support for employees with long-term illnesses
· Creation of individual action plans
· Have confidential discussions with individual employees
· Close cooperation in a small team
· If required, agreements with authorities and external service centers
Agreements with internal departments (especially Operations, HR, Works Council, Safety) and individual area managers
· Process support for the individual integration cases
· Documentation and administration of the individual integration cases
· Independent processing of projects that result from working in the BEM

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

For this position we expect:
Professional background or further training in the social, nursing or medical field (desirable)
· Very good handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet
· Precise and reliable way of working
· Discreet and strictly confidential handling of all data that arise in the BEM process
· Very good communication skills
· Constant willingness to learn new things
· Enjoy dealing with people
· Objective judgment and organizational skills
· High ability to work in a team
· Very good command of German, spoken and written
Desirable qualifications:
Experience as a BEM case supervisor or a comparable qualification (e.g. Disability Manager (CDMP))
· Voluntary work in the social field
