Have you ever eaten chicken and waffles?

Once you've started making your own ice cream cones, there's nothing standing in the way of experimentation. Have you ever eaten colorful waffles? Food coloring works great in waffle batter. Thanks to the current superfood trend, it is becoming ever easier to buy powders made from natural ingredients that add flavor to your waffle without affecting the consistency. A├žai powder is the perfect ingredient for these waffles to give them a delicious berry flavor. As if that wasn't enough, you can easily dip the finished berry ice cream cones in white chocolate and roll them in chopped pistachios.

Preparation steps

Melt the butter for the dough. Beat the egg white and sugar until frothy. Stir in butter and acai powder. Add the flour and stir into a smooth batter. Add enough food coloring to achieve the desired color.

Put the batter thinly in portions on the waffle iron and bake for 3-4 minutes. Lift off the waffle iron and shape immediately. Let cool down.

For the decoration, melt the white chocolate and pour it into a glass that can hold the croissants. Chop the pistachios.

Dip the waffles in the chocolate first, then roll them in the chopped pistachio and let them set in the refrigerator.

Fill each croissant with a scoop of ice cream, pour raspberry sauce over it and garnish with raspberries.
